Chocolate and fresh fruit wedding cake

Most of these cakes can be made with different cake types eg Victoria sponge, rich chocolate , carrot , coffee, lemon, white chocolate and raspberry, or butterscotch, or you could choose a different cake type for each tier. I make each cake to order using quality ingredients; always free range eggs, butter not margarine, and my chocolate decorations are made using Barry Callebaut Belgian chocolate.
