Chocolate and fresh flowers wedding cake

Most of these cakes can be made with different cake types eg Victoria sponge, rich chocolate , carrot , coffee, lemon, white chocolate and raspberry, or butterscotch, or you could choose a different cake type for each tier. I make each cake to order using quality ingredients; always free range eggs, butter not margarine, and my chocolate decorations are made using Barry Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Another example of a wedding cake inspired by the venue and the bride. The bride is a landscape gardener, and the venue was the conservatory at Syon House, so I wanted something floral and ‘organic’ looking. The green decorations which you can just see are candied lime peel, to look a little like grass. The lime tasted great against the rich chocolate cake, and I also provided jugs of raspberry coulis to serve with the cake.
